For over 25 years, Totally Yours Co. has provided safe trips around the world, and we strive to keep the entire group under our Lady’s mantle. These days however, many traveling companies need a limited liability policy. We plan on keeping the same great service that gave us a reputation of reliability and spirituality. Totally Yours Company herein referred to as Totally Yours or Totally Yours Co. who hereby expressly disclaims any liability for any personal injury, property damage, loss of baggage, accident, delay or irregularity, any claim for special or consequential damages or any other loss which may be occasioned by the acts and/or omissions, whether negligent, intentional, wrongful or otherwise, of any air carrier, hotel/motel or other lodging operator, railroad operator, bus operator, public transportation, sea carrier, local sightseeing company, tour operator, tour leader or spiritual director, any employees thereof, or any other entity or individual not under the direct supervision and control of Totally Yours when engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith. Totally Yours likewise expressly disclaims any responsibility for losses or expenses incurred, or inconvenience caused, due to delay or changes in schedules, defaults, over booking of hotels or airlines, sickness, weather, strikes, quarantines, pandemics, epidemics, acts of terrorism, Acts of God, constructions, war, force majeure or other such events which are beyond Totally Yours Co. control. Totally Yours likewise hereby disclaims any liability for statements, actions or inactions of any intermediary agents such as group administrators, spiritual directors or tour leaders, travel agents or any other intermediary involved with the selling, or an operation of its tours. Group administrators, spiritual leaders and tour leaders likewise hereby expressly disclaim any liability for the acts and/or omissions of any of the above entities and/or individuals not directly under their supervision or control. Trip Cancellations due to state/government and/or warnings, Acts of War, War, Terrorism, Acts of God, Natural Disaster, or any other circumstance outside the control of Totally Yours Co, are not the fault of Totally Yours Co. Great effort will be made to accommodate passengers on another trip or to revise the itinerary, however, cancellation for any of these reasons will not be eligible for a refund, however Totally Yours will try to reclaim some costs. Travelers assume responsibility for any added fees such as re-routing or any other costs that we are not able to reclaim from airlines, hotels, buses, any related companies for any unforeseen events. Please be advised that the liability of carriers and providers of hotel accommodations is limited by law and Totally Yours recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against loss or injuries as a result of their acts and omissions. I as the Traveler, am aware that travel, whether in civilized or remote areas and whether by plane, bus, train, auto, ferry, or other conveyance, or on foot, animal, or the like, contains some inherent risks of illness, injury or death, which may be caused by negligence of others, forces of nature, pandemics, or other agencies known or unknown. I recognize that such risks may be present at any time before, during and after the trip. I also am aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time in the trip. In consideration of and as part payment for the right to participate in the trip, and activities, services and food arranged for me by Totally Yours and their employees, volunteers, agents, and associates in connection with the trip, I have and do hereby fully assume all risk of illness, injury or death, and hereby release and discharge Totally Yours , its employees, volunteers, agents, and associates from all actions claims, or demands for damages resulting from my participation in the trip. Totally Yours Co. offers special Catholic spiritual pilgrimages through a revocable license. Offensive, immoral or disruptive behavior is prohibited by any person on the pilgrimage. Additionally, Totally Yours reserves the right to decline admission to any person whose actions or conduct threaten the peaceful, undisturbed experience which pilgrims seek from their experience. Totally Yours Co. and its agents & suppliers shall be under no liability to any such person for refund, or any compensation. Totally Yours Co. reserves the right to take photographs/videos during the trip and to use them for its purposes thereafter. Totally Yours Co, owners, agent, or employees cannot be held liable for clients not having proper passports, or other travel documents. Totally Yours Co. is not responsible for the loss of, theft of, delay, or damage to a participant's belongings & luggage. Though every effort will be made to follow the Totally Yours Co. itinerary, it should be considered as an indication, rather than a contract of places to be visited. Occasionally local religious holidays, national days, weather, traffic conditions and other events may necessitate changes or missing of certain visits. Totally Yours cannot provide individual assistance to any participant for those who need special assistance including walking, dining, while in their room, on flight, getting on and off buses, all vehicles, or personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany pilgrims who need special assistance. It is the Traveler’s responsibility to arrange for assistance. We will make effort to accommodate special needs by requesting handicap accessible rooms, however, we cannot guarantee and are not responsible for any denial services. Buses outside the U.S. are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. Totally Yours is not responsible for any medical condition that occurs prior, during or after the trip. I certify that I am over 18 years of age, or that I am the parent/guardian of a traveler that is under 18 years of age. I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between me and Totally Yours Co., and/or affiliated organizations and sign it of my own free will. I also acknowledge that I have carefully read Totally Yours refund policy located on the itinerary and agree to all stated conditions set forth there upon.
